Another popular service offered by The Jacman Group is our Chemical Cost Analysis. Our area of expertise is any product being purchased in the industrial chemical field. (see the partial list below)
After a non-disclosure agreement, we ask for the following:
1. A print out of all industrial chemical contracts and purchases now engaged and under consideration.
2. A print out of all chemical purchases for the last 12 months running. This includes but not limited to all janitorial and building and grounds and all other industrial chemicals including boiler products and HVAC and all other maintenance products.
3. A print out of all freight charges within that time frame. Included should be shipping and handling of any air and ground charges such as yellow, consolidated, UPS etc and the company billed.
4. A list of supervisors in the departments that requisition any products or negotiate any bids or contracts on behalf of your firm.
Each supervisor is then briefly visited and asked a few standard questions about the products used and the application for those products. It should be noted this procedure is accomplished without interruption of their day to day responsibilities.
After completion of interviews and a full and unbiased evaluation of the chemicals purchased, we then provide a written report making experienced recommendations that are guaranteed to save you thousands of dollars...guaranteed.
Upon satisfactory completion of the evaluation and survey, this written report will then be presented and all areas of concern and the needs for improvement are addressed.
More importantly, the report will not only show the areas of concern but the solutions to those problems and how to begin saving thousands...guaranteed. It’s that simple!
